We each have a story. All start out with dreams of success. Yet, even the most successful have concluded that life is a disappointment. Some of the most wealthiest men and women have finished in dispair, some in suicide. Some of the greatest marriages have been wrecked by bitter divorce. There are successful business men and women who seem as if their lives are charmed. Yet, for all of us, in our humanity we lose something along the way. Striving the become rich, we become poor in relationships; struggling for fame we sacrifice the joy of life. Fame carries such heavy demands that many struggle to live a life of purpose. Our golden nest egg can so easily be snached away by economic collapse or bad investments; ruined retirement plans leave us depleated of hope. Whatever it is, life never gives us all that it promises. Where is the storybook ending we all long for? Is it only a fairy tale?
